Log onto your mobile app, click "transfer" at the top of the desktop app, or bottom of the mobile app, distinguish whether it’s an internal or external transfer, and follow the steps given. Internal transfers are used to transfer money between your accounts at Nicolet. Externals transfers via the app must be transferred to an account with your name on it if it’s going to another institution. You can also call customer service at 1-800-369-0226 to make a transfer between Nicolet accounts over the phone.
