VP TRUST COMPLIANCE & OPERATIONS MANANGER

 

This position is responsible for the operations of the Trust Department, as well as oversight of compliance issues. 

 

The operational responsibilities include ensuring the infrastructure of the operations area is built to not only handle current work volumes, but also handle future growth.  In addition, the goal of this position is to ensure that staff is adequately trained, processing schedules, and appropriate controls and procedures are in place.  This position will also be the coordinator of various compliance issues including policy, procedures and regulatory agencies. 

 

College Degree in business, finance, accounting or related field is preferred, as well as 5+ years management of Trust Operations.  Strong knowledge of Metavante Trust Operating system is highly desirable.  Excel and other financial software experience will be helpful.  Ability to reconcile multiple financial accounts and daily trades is a requirement of the position.
