Bob serves on the boards at Ariens Company, Saris Cycling Group and Promotion Management Inc. (PMI). He's also active in many community organizations, serving on the boards of the Green Bay Area Chamber of Commerce, NWTC Foundation and St. Vincent Hospital Foundation. In addition, Bob is a founding director of Starboard Media Foundation, a national Catholic radio apostolate headquartered in Green Bay.

Mike's background in senior banking leadership is a valuable asset to the Nicolet team. After graduating from St. Norbert College in 1986, Mike began his banking career with Associated Bank. In 1993 he was named President and CEO of Effingham Bank & Trust in Rincon, Ga., and served in that capacity for two years.
Mike returned to Green Bay in 1995 and became Senior Vice President and Commercial Banking Group Manager at Associated Bank. He left Associated in March of 2000 with Bob Atwell to form Nicolet National Bank.
Mike serves on the boards of the CP Center, Brett Favre Fourward Foundation, Deanna Favre Hope Foundation and iTeam Companies. He also coaches youth football in Green Bay. Mike and his wife Sherry reside in Green Bay with their seven children.

Jacqui Engebos has worked in bank finance since graduating from St. Norbert College in 1986, first joining Associated Bank in Green Bay as a Financial Systems Accountant. She progressed to become Assistant Controller, then Assistant Vice President and Controller, and finally Vice President and Chief Financial Officer in 1998. Jacqui left Associated to join the new Nicolet National Bank team in 2000 as Vice President and Chief Financial Officer.
Jacqui's professional affiliations include membership in the Financial Manager Society, Institute for Management Accountants, and Management Women. She is also involved in numerous community organizations, including the American Cancer Society, De Pere High School Parents Club, De Pere volleyball and soccer booster clubs, and St. Norbert College Alumni.

Eric began working in the banking industry in college and was employed by First State Bank of New London when he graduated from St. Norbert College in 1992.
Eric went on to First Northern Savings Bank a year later as Branch Manager of the Howard Branch and Assistant Vice President, holding those positions until moving to M&I Bank as Assistant Vice President/Private Banker in 1998. He worked in a similar capacity for Associated Bank in 1999 and 2000 prior to joining the new Nicolet National Bank team in August of 2000.
Eric is a Sun Trust Advisory Board member and a board member of the University of Wisconsin-Green Bay Phoenix Fund. In addition, Eric serves as the Treasurer for the Lakeland Chapter of the American Red Cross. Eric's wife Kelly is involved in Service League of Green Bay. He also participates in the annual Boy Scouts fund drive, YMCA Partner with Youth Campaign, Big Brothers Big Sisters Bowlathon, NEW Community Shelter Bowlathon and the American Cancer Society's Relay for Life.

Scott King is one of the most experienced and educated bankers in the Green Bay area, an asset that benefits both his customers and the Nicolet team. After graduating from St. Norbert College, Scott received his MBA from UW-Oshkosh and attended the Graduate School of Real Estate Lending at Ohio State and the Graduate School of Banking at UW-Madison.
Most of Scott's 30-plus years in local banking were spent at Bank One, where he was Market President for 11 years prior to joining Nicolet in 2002.
Scott is active in several community organizations. He serves on the boards of the Greater Green Bay YMCA, UW-Green Bay Phoenix Fund, NEW Community Shelter and NEW Curative Rehabilitation Center. He's an assistant girls basketball coach at East De Pere High School, and he's a past board member for the Lac Baie Girl Scout Council, Family Services of Brown County, Green Bay Chamber of Commerce, Brown County Association for Retarded Citizens and NEW Special Olympics.

Steve earned Bachelor of Science degrees in Economics and Business Administration from the University of Wisconsin-Stevens Point in 1975. His post-graduate education includes the ABA National Trust School at Northwestern University and the Cannon Trust School at the University of North Carolina.

Jon began his career with a large regional bank in 1998, where he supervised the deposit operations area before taking over the largest cash management portfolio within the holding company.
Jon earned his B.S. degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in economics from the University of Wisconsin-Green Bay in 1996, and his MBA from UW-Oshkosh in 2003. He is a graduate of Leadership Green Bay and remains active in alumni activities.
Jon is an active member of his church, where he established a technology committee for automation of the church library and other ongoing needs. He also serves the youth as a buddy in the Miracle League.

Lynn has been part of the Nicolet Bank family since before the bank officially even existed. As a member of the capital procurement team, Lynn assisted in collecting the equity needed for the bank to open its doors in the fall of 2000.
She holds multiple roles today, including serving as the administrative assistant for Bob Atwell and Mike Daniels, and handling stock transfers in a shareholder relations capacity. She also completes loan documentation, closes loans and opens new accounts, and assists with the coordination of the Nicolet Business Pulse, which is a quarterly study of nearly 600 business leaders in Northeastern Wisconsin.
Lynn earned an associate degree from Northeast Wisconsin Technical College and lives in her hometown of Luxemburg with her husband Joe and their two sons. She volunteers her time with the CP Telethon and other charitable events such as the Big Brothers/Big Sisters Bowl for Kids Sake and the NEW Community Shelter Bowl-A-Thon.

Jeanie is a lifelong resident of the Marinette and Menominee area, and is heavily involved in the community. Jeanie graduated from Central Michigan University in Mt. Pleasant, Mich., with a diverse field of study that included a major in political science, and minors in business administration and history. She furthered her education in the trust arena by completing the Cannon Trust School I at Boston University, and the American Bankers Association National Trust School and Graduate Trust School I, both at Northwestern University in Evanston, Ill.
A member of the Nicolet team since 2001, Jeanie works primarily in trust account administration and estate/probate administration. She lives in Menominee with her husband John and their son, where she enjoys reading, snowmobiling and spending family time.

Prior to joining the Nicolet team, Jean served in several capacities during a 20-year career with First Northern Savings Bank and Bank Mutual in Crivitz. She began her career as a teller and customer service representative before moving into management as an assistant branch manager and branch manager. She also served as treasurer for the village of Crivitz prior to starting her banking career.

Karen was promoted to Assistant Vice President in 1991 and to Vice President of Bank Mutual (formerly De Pere Federal/Prime Federal/First Northern) in 1999. She joined the Nicolet National Bank team in 2003 as Vice President/Branch Manager of our De Pere office.

Jerry and his wife Ellen are both Green Bay natives, and they returned to the area in 1998 when Jerry joined Firstar/U.S. Bank. Four years later, Jerry accepted a Senior Vice President position with Nicolet National Bank and continues in that role today.

A De Pere native, Eric completed his undergraduate work in math and economics at the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire, and earned a Master of Science degree in applied economics from Marquette University in Milwaukee.

After graduating from Green Bay Preble High School in 1973, Mike enlisted in the U.S. Navy and served his country for four years. He returned to the area following his service career and earned an Associate degree in accounting from Northeast Wisconsin Technical College.
Mike worked in the automotive industry from 1979-1991 before switching to the banking industry, serving as branch manager of First Northern Savings & Loan's Crivitz location. He eventually became branch manager and vice president at First Northern's West Mason Street office in Green Bay before joining Nicolet National Bank in 2003 as a retail lender and vice president.
Along with serving as a director with the Wisconsin Mortgage Bankers Association, Mike volunteers his time with the Cerebral Palsy Telethon.

Mike Vogel brings a diverse background to the table for his customers, including experience outside of the banking industry. After graduating from Marquette University in 1990, Mike worked for Merrill Lynch Futures, Inc., at the Chicago Board of Trade. Three years later he took a sales position with Wright Industrial Supply, where he was responsible for the Southeastern Wisconsin territory.
Mike entered the banking world in 1996 as a Business Banking Representative for Associated Bank in Green Bay, leaving in 2000 as Assistant Vice President. He then served as Vice President, Business Banking for M&I Marshall and Ilsley Bank in West Bend prior to returning to Green Bay and joining the Nicolet team in 2003.
Mike has been involved in numerous community activities, including Holy Cross Catholic Parish, ASPIRO and the Rotary Club of Green Bay.

Tim is a graduate of the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater (1982) and earned his Master's degree at UW-Oshkosh (1990). He's also a graduate of UW-Madison's Graduate School of Banking.
Prior to joining the Nicolet National Bank team, Tim worked for M&I Bank and Capital Bank/Johnson Bank, the latter as president for five years. He and his wife Linda are involved in several organizations in the Green Bay area, including the Friends of St. Mary's Hospital, American Cancer Society, Howard-Suamico Optimist Club and St. Agnes Parish.
