GREEN BAY, WI – The face of banking in the Fox River Valley is changing once again – but the “face” won’t be so different to Fox Cities residents. 

 

Nancy E. Johnshoy, CFA, has been named Vice President, Senior Market Manager, for Nicolet National Bank.  Nicolet National Bank is a relationship-focused community bank headquartered in Green Bay.  Johnshoy will open a Private Client Services office in Appleton, Nicolet Bank’s first foray into the local market.

 

Johnshoy has managed significant assets for private clients and foundations in the Fox Valley for the past eleven years.  Johnshoy brings a wealth of experience in asset management to Nicolet, having spent 23 years in the financial services industry and earning the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation in 1994. 

 

“It’s the people element that truly defines the quality of the Nicolet banking experience.  The addition of Nancy to our team and the opening of an Appleton office will enhance our relationship-focused approach to doing business,” according to Robert Atwell, Chairman, President and CEO.  “She will go about establishing our Appleton office with vision and purpose, just as she lives her life.”

 

Work-life balance is a key to Johnshoy’s success.  She is Vice Chair of the Community Blood Center, a member and past board member of the Appleton Downtown Rotary, Treasurer of the Boys and Girls Clubs of the Fox Valley, a member of the Theda Care finance committee and past President of the Appleton Library Foundation, among others.  “Giving back to the community in which I live, work and play is a critical element of who I am,” Johnshoy said. 

 

Nancy is currently working out of Nicolet’s corporate office in Green Bay while the site for the Appleton office is being explored.
